  • I'd like to see both sides take some accountability for once.

Hamas needs to go just as much as Benjamin Netanyahu does.

  • This is also true in the new Star Trek movies with Anton Yelchin. RIP kind soul.

  • You don't know Germany. Even with a lower case G.

  • Paywall

  • Lidarr.

    Overseerr.

I built an unRAID server using an i5 desktop and it's the best experience ever.

    No ads.

    Content never gets removed.

I can watch everything I have remotely and can even share my library with friends/family.

And the price will never go up yet I can watch anything from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+.. you name it.

  • Motherboards for years have a backup firmware just in case you fry the primary firmware.

    This Ford issue is laughable.

  • +1 for unRAID. I did the same when I got tired of Netflix increasing prices while dropping content. Also got annoyed with my cable because it's expensive and good content is rare.

Bought a 12th gen i5 desktop on sale and 4 x 10Tb drives and installed unRAID on a USB key.

Easiest thing I've done in years and it's 100x better than Netflix and 1000x better than cable.

  • Same thing happened to me for X4 foundations. Took me a good 30-40 hours to understand what a waste of time it was.

Literally zero enjoyment and it sits on my library laughing at me.

  • Bad troll is bad. Try harder tankie piece of shit.

  • That's great advice. Thanks.

  • I am but I have less than 50 notes and I like the cloud sync feature for 2 devices.

I've exported my notes and imported them into Obsidian but it lacks the cloud sync and up to 2 devices, for free anyway.

Never heard of Notion but I'll give that a shot. Thanks!

  • This is the recipe I use. Everyone loves them.

    Pie Dough:

900 grams all purpose flour (7 cups). 8 grams salt ( 2 teaspoons). 26 grams granulated sugar ( 2 tablespoons). 440 grams unsalted butter ( 2 cups) or (4 butter sticks). 60 grams turmeric powder (4 tablespoons). 460 grams ice cold water (2 cups).

    Meat Filling:

600 grams lean ground beef. 2 large size yellow or red onion finely chopped. 120 grams fresh escallion ( scallions) 6 stalks finely chopped. 50 grams Scotch bonnet pepper ( 2 peppers) or use any hot pepper. 100 grams breadcrumbs (1 cup), add more if needed. 6 grams salt ( 1 1/2 teaspoon). 8 grams paprika ( 2 teaspoons). 4 grams black pepper ( 1 teaspoon). 4 grams thyme ( 2 teaspoons). 4 grams allspice ( 1 teaspoon). 120 grams unsalted butter ( 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup). 500 grams (two cups beef stock). 60 grams Olive oil (4 tablespoons). 16 grams garlic minced ( 4 cloves).

    Enjoy.

EDIT: Formatting sucks and I can't fix it. :(

  • I do sometimes feels like I'm selling Nexus cards because it's so amazing, I want everyone to have the same experience.

I once flew into Victoria BC, Canada. Airport is really small so they don't have a dedicated Nexus line like they do for major airports. I walked up to the guard at the front of the line and asked, 'where's the Nexus line?' and he said to the crowd of people waiting, 'wait here. I'll be right back' and then told me to follow him. He lead me to the front of the line like some movie star or big shot and everyone was eyeballing me like wtf is this guy. They tell people to move back to make room for me, right before the scanners and I just slink my way to the front with all eyes on me. As the guard leaves, I said, 'I have a Nexus card.. $50 for 5 years, it's totally worth it'.

Prior to having a Nexus, I once nearly missed a flight due to airport issues, not because I was late and the stress alone was worth $50 per flight, let alone $50 for 5 damn years. Even better? Americans pay $100 USD for 5 years and we only pay $50 CAD.

    Seriously, apply for one.
