Why is there such a large amount of communist and transgender related posts on the Fediverse compared to other platforms?

They don't want a Fediverse, they want access to the users here so that they might one day absorb them. Federation with corporations will ruin the Fediverse, it's that simple.

  • This is absolutely the right approach. Facebook's reputation should be enough on its own for us to defederate.

    If by some miracle, it eventually looks like it's on the level, that's when discussions of federation should start.
