Almost certainly, but there are some caveats. Vitamin E was added to some around 2020 and that really fucked people up. The much higher nicotine percentage could also be doing damage we haven't had enough time to fully understand as well. There's also concern around the metal coils breaking down, especially when people 'dry hit' or use a coil after it's spent. That being said, normal vaping is almost certainly safer than smoking

Sounds bipolar from your subjective description, but only an actual test from a licensed professional can say for sure. There are several other things that could be going on. It's more difficult for women to get accurately diagnosed, so I apologize in advance for that disparity. It's not fair, it's not right, but it is something you should keep in mind. That being said, it's not impossible to get an accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and live a better life, you're just going to have to work for it. Now that you're an adult you can at least be your own advocate. You can look up resources and schedule appointments, and something should come of it eventually

Personally, I find that if I work in a day, then I'm drained. One great thing I was able to do was find a job that has longer hours, because working 8 hours and working 12 feels the same to me, but now I get 2 extra days off. With 4 days off I can have a recovery day where I do nothing, a productive day where I catch up on life's demands, and 2 days to spend however I choose.
