Canadian troops are a Peacekeeping force

Wut? Canada's contribution to peacekeeping is 20-30 troops per year.

I personally believe we should never put government/government collected data on a foreign IT platform. Ever.

My kid's daycare is right beside the military base in Kingston. This base is within artillery range of Fort Drum. There is a 100% chance she gets shelled during the opening salvo.

Depends on the thing. For example it's better to ship aluminum ingots than empty cans; however it's better to ship a completed aeronautic assembly than ingots.
