You described The Neighborhood Kids perfectly. I took a quick look into their music and I am enjoying it. Thanks. This is the type of music I need in my life.
Now this is a band I should have known about. They remind me of Weezer, if Weezer was more hardcore. The melodic metal songs remind me of Evergreen Terrace.
New noise is great. The Shape of Punk to Come was awesome. This is the high energy rock, I need in my life. Thank you.
I'll have to check them out. I love rock, but I'm not familiar with the modern rock scene.
Edit: I just watched a few videos. Not really for me, but they have some range. Meeting the Master, Highway Tune, and Heat Above. Highway Tune reminds me of the Doors. It was worth watching the music videos for me.
That idea has been pushed to us for a lot longer than 30 years of superhero movies. Think about all those books about a lost prince/princess. Someone finding out that they were born special and they have a natural right to lead the people.
Shit, just the idea that most religions push that people are helpless and need a strong leader to follow. Don't worry about the troubles on earth for your reward awaits you when you are dead.
You're right. I stopped at the first graph because I didn't do my due diligence. I just get tired of arguing statistics with people. I read through more of the graphs and that difference would make sense to me only if they asked more people over 45 than under 45. I would have to see more of the survey info. People can make graphs and random breakdowns by group to argue many different points.
finitebanjo has some pretty obvious 'lying with statistics' vibes. He said only 18% approved of Luigi's actions when I can say only 41% view Luigi's actions as negative. They were just cherry picking some stats.
If anything it shows that less than half disapprove of Luigi's actions. Only 41% have a negative view of his actions.
Aren't statistics fun?
Edit: I just was pointed out that I just used the first graph of people under 45, for my info. There are more graphs that could be used to argue different points.
You don't have to stop. I never do. I might say hi in passing when I walk by them and catch eye contact. If one ever tells me I need to stop for them to check, I would tell them to check the security cameras. We are tracked the entire time we are in there. I'm not stopping for them to pretend to check for shop lifters.
I've seen people in line waiting to be checked. WTF is wrong with people. They are not entitled to your time. You already paid for it. The transaction is done. If they want to do something else with my stuff, go check the tapes.
The only thing I can assume that is referencing is when felons can't vote in some states unless their court obligations are done. Some states passed laws where you can't have your voting rights reinstated unless that court debt is paid off. That includes payment. Some people did their time but haven't paid off their court fines.
This group is great. I will add them to my playlist. They remind of Whole Wheat Bread. https://youtu.be/vq_MzFgMwxA
