The side openings of the doors are usually completely closed or it's a very small slit, you definetly cannot look through them.
I'm pretty sure scientists back then could have told you that these balloons are too small. The person(s) who drew that picture most likely wasn't a scientist, which is why it looks how it looks.
The home prices have climbed to these very high levels for many years, i's nothing new. A large part of it is probably due to lax rules on investment in real estate.

You certainly can't buy a home in Germany that's anywhere close to as cheap as the one in japan. Maybe there are some very remote plots of land with a ruin of a house on it, but those will still cost more than 4000€.
Public auctions around my area usually start at around 150k or more, so it's just not worth it for me.
I don't think that the money that an industry gets represents it's value to society, not even close. I don't think that a CEO brings 1000 times more value than a normal worker.
What I really see happening is that every industry tries to take as much of everyones money as they can and if they are in a position where they can force us to do it, they will.

As I said, some of the music is just the audio of a video, but they also get a lot of releases directly from the publishers. They are both on YT Music and the difference in quality in between them is noticeable.

The difference in sound quality is definetly noticeable.
