  • Yeah, here in Germany we usually have kinda big (30cm or so) openings at the bottom and at the top, but it's impossible to accidentally look through those due to their position.

The side openings of the doors are usually completely closed or it's a very small slit, you definetly cannot look through them.

  • I'm pretty sure scientists back then could have told you that these balloons are too small. The person(s) who drew that picture most likely wasn't a scientist, which is why it looks how it looks.

  • The home prices have climbed to these very high levels for many years, i's nothing new. A large part of it is probably due to lax rules on investment in real estate.

The home forclosures are probably due to higher interest rates.

  • You certainly can't buy a home in Germany that's anywhere close to as cheap as the one in japan. Maybe there are some very remote plots of land with a ruin of a house on it, but those will still cost more than 4000€.

Public auctions around my area usually start at around 150k or more, so it's just not worth it for me.

  • I don't think that the money that an industry gets represents it's value to society, not even close. I don't think that a CEO brings 1000 times more value than a normal worker.

What I really see happening is that every industry tries to take as much of everyones money as they can and if they are in a position where they can force us to do it, they will.

There is no fair wage distribution, not even among white men.

Women earning less money is just one of the symptoms in this ever more broken system where big corporations control more and more of our everyday lives.

  • I don't think banking should be paid as highly as it does, but mine workers earn so much because they literally risk their lives at work.

The reason why bankers earn so much probably is because they work with huge amounts of money, so it's easier for them to demand a cut of it.

  • Financially maybe, my parents were probably still at university at my age. They'd make more money than I do afterwards though.

And they had already found each other, while I've never even had one relationship yet.

  • It's always the same thing, a state that used to work "together" with russia no longer want's to be a slave to russia and work with other countries.

Russia doesn't want that, so they attack.

It happened to Georgia before it happened to Ukraine.

  • Yeah, all of those "disgruntled citizens" starting a coup in eastern Ukraine with russian equipment were later confirmed to be Russian mercenaries.

In the end it all comes down to this: Russia will attack any country that was allied with them, but now wants to move away from that.

  • As I said, some of the music is just the audio of a video, but they also get a lot of releases directly from the publishers. They are both on YT Music and the difference in quality in between them is noticeable.

I have my audio quality set to high in that options menu btw.

  • Youtube Music doesn't just serve the audio from a video. They do serve the audio from a video if nothing else is available, but they also get releases directly from the publishers/distributors.

The difference in sound quality is definetly noticeable.
