  • I was about to reply, but couldn't come up with anything but a demotivated sigh.

Instead, I'll leave you this comment as a written version of that very air leaving my body as a result of this hopefully sarcastic comment of yours.

  • If you want to stay in the Nintendo eco system (or at least have no issue with that), the Switch 2 would be the better choice - better hardware, more options with the mouse feature and placing on a TV or display, etc.

If you want to be more flexible, like tempering around with a bit of config stuff and game / graphics settings, controller layout, etc. then I suggest the Steam Deck. I can honestly say that it's a lot of fun. Non-Steam games are sometimes tedious to install and configure Proton with the right version of proton etc, bit you don't have to do any of that, it's just options that come with the device.

  • They don't get a cut from keys, yes, but the magnitude of all this is an assumption for which I haven't seen a credible source yet.

Without putting these amounts in perspective, "that's a lie" is quite a bold statement.

  • Honestly, haters gonna hate.

I don't care about features, I care about a good price. If the game is cheaper on Epic, I buy it there.

People should like Epic for giving more money to developers than Steam.

  • Bethesda is known for crashes that happen later in the game, due to memory leaking in now progresses save games. If I remember correctly, they had multiple issues with original Oblivion and even Skyrim where the save game would cause loading so much stuff into memory that there was little room left. Crappy memory cleaning then did the rest.
