What the numpties at ShittyStreamingService haven't considered is that yes, maybe I can afford $15 per month. But I can't afford it for each of the 7,836 different streaming/music/gaming services!!

There was some discussion on Q&A about this and related crime topics.

The point was made that if you just start locking people up you probably don't help and may turn them into criminals.

One panellist said that stats show that most of the crime is done by a relatively smaller number of repeat offenders, and locking up everyone else doesn't help.

But I don't think anyone addressed the elephant in the room. What do you do with that smaller number of repeat offenders that are committing the majority of crimes?

It seems like when you allege rape, you are the problem.

It's complex, and way too hard for me, but if any rapey cunts would stop raping, that would be great.

Couple of things that might be useful:

• Setup remote desktop access using VNC/RDP. It can be useful to access your PC etc while using your phone or other devices. Or accessing a raspberry pi on your main PC
• Setup a virtual machine and install Windows in it. It might be a good way to think about migrating to linux as your main OS
• Steam. See how performance on Linux compares to Windows for your games.

Look, I have massive problems with these over populated lists.

I didn't bother counting, but it's implied this is a list of at least 50 books of the 21st century. For those that read this genre (aussie authors) they probably have read most of these.

For those that haven't, holy hell, it's just a random pick.

I see so many lists of movies, books, recipes that are 'top NN!' and anything more than 10 I tap out :"Nah, I don't have time to evaluate this".

So, you lost me Aussie authors ☹️
