  • Happened to me at uni when I had to walk through it for 20 mins each way

  • The first time I went 'fuck, it's snowed' instead of 'yay, snow!'

(I still love snow, but only at weekends 😆. Better now I can work remotely)

  • That's a shame, it did actually cause drivers/teams to do things differently to get it.

  • There was that video from a few months ago from... Prints with layers I think? That looked at the actual particulate and volatile counts and found that PLA actually gave off very little? Other plastics were much worse.

So remember that the particle counts matter as much as the danger of the particles.

(Disclaimer, that was a video, not a peer reviewed scientific paper)

  • They have no exhaust visible and where shown as off on the display.

  • its marked as a crosspost - that's an app issue, not a user issue.

  • extremely impressive - the atmospheric heating on the bottom as it came is was scary though!

    (no engines lit here!)

  • It be would be much better if they just showed the number of Wats you are working at, and the total joules of work done at the end of the session. This is probably configurable on most exercise bikes, but calories are much friendlier for the average user.

  • Lots of the oil exploration ships are custom built for the job. This one is old, but I would guess that there may be some design information regarding it's survey capability that was marked as protected when it was purchased, even if it's not really relevant anymore

  • Have they fixed their performance issues? They did a engine update just before Helldivers release that trashed the performance. (Awful timing)

Helldivers is now fulfilling my coop shooter needs, never really liked the base building elements of ST:E

  • Saying that minimum housing requirements don't apply to them is a slippery slope though!

And you know this wouldn't stay temporary, once it's allowed it would be normalised.

  • From the article it sounded like it just needed more SpaceX development time to polish it up and come up with software that NASA was happy with.

  • Office buildings are not built for housing, it's often very expensive to convert them.

(More plumbing requirements, legal requirements for natural light etc)

  • It's a very kill or cure approach.... Let's hope it works long term.

It's still a huge yearly inflation rate though!

  • Wow still has a lot of achievement/reputation(grind) related cosmetics.

But yeh, it's a shame that when you see a cool/unique looking mout etc that you now assume it's paid by default.

  • There are 'keyboards' that when plugged in type Win+R CMD.exe then do whatever you want. (Other terminals are available)

I guess that stops users from trying in the first place though.

  • It's only approved as an "oh shit, we are going to die" process. It's not a system they want to see used.

  • I mean, I disagree with the centre console choice, but the mainstream models are fine (factory dependent?)
