Reddit federation would not happen before Steve Huffman's exit from the company, and given that he is solely responsible for the changes that made Reddit unusable to many, I'd actually encourage federation given that after that happened, Reddit would become just another instance with no API control or ability to affect the goings on of any other part of the ecosystem of apps, servers, communities or even the Lemmy codebase.

Space Jam. It's not a bad film, it's a good "bad film". It's like everyone involved from the writers to the voice actors to the lighting and camera crews knew this was going to be a pile of crap so they said screw it and just had the most fun making said crap pile. That shows through, and it totally saves the film! It is no longer just a lazily made cash grab, it's a "look what you get to do sometimes if you allow yourself to have fun" statement. As a film it should be bad but all that heart in it makes it good!
Yeah, he should've done that. He was literally told by the judge at the time that his Olympic dreams were over and the fact that he was still welcomed into the Dutch Olympic team after this was all well known is a slap in the face to Dutch women and girls.
