The polls immediately after a debate don't necessarily measure its full impact. Trump's perception as a strongman who dominates his opponents has now been broken with the entire country watching. There's no way to tell how that's going to shape the race moving forward. And the "living in strange times" X factor is how the loss is handled by Trump himself. He may shrug it off and hit the campaign trail harder, or it may have serious effects on what seems to be an already fragile mental state. Again, time will tell.
There was a conspiracy involving 9/11, but it had nothing to do with secret thermite demolition or Israel or holograms or any of that nonsense. People were rightfully questioning how these hijackers were able to enter the US and stay under the radar while training for and executing the attack. We now know that Saudi officials helped them.
It's also worth noting that the Bush family has very, very deep ties to Saudi Arabia, which may have affected the investigation and how information concerning Saudi complicity was handled.
When you think about it, the primary reason for taking Crimea was because Russia needed a port to maintain its Black Sea Fleet. Now that the Moskva and most of that fleet have been upgraded to submarines in said Black Sea, do they still even need the port?
Harris really, really needs to nail Trump on blocking the bipartisan immigration bill. Speaker Johnson was on board until Trump intervened for the sole purpose of running on the issue.
This is the time that people who don’t follow politics and don’t know that are paying attention.
Harris should push a committal answer on Trump on a government shutdown. Will he support a compromise bill from the Speaker to avoid a shutdown? Point out how he killed the bipartisan immigration bill and ask if he’s going to do it again.
