For sure lol. I’m definitely the calmest out of my friend group and I think even I would get a little ticked off at the game if we had to restart a whole level. So definitely making sure the friends I recruit to help know what they’re getting into
I'm looking forward to doing LASO with my friends, i've already got two of them recruited to help. The customization of your character sticking to your Noble Six definitely makes it more fun too. So instead of 4 master chiefs or Master Chief, Arbiter, and two Elites, it feels more like it's actually you and your friends.
Somehow i managed to cheese the Halo CE one. What i think happened was that the conditions to check are just checking if the level is beat with Anti-Cheat on, and then just checking what the highest difficulty done is (with anti-cheat not included in the equation). I recently have been playing with one of my younger siblings through the entire Master Chief Saga and we've made it through CE and half of 2, so i'm assuming that ticked the boxes for Condition 1. So as of today my Halo MCC service record says i have played through the entirety of it on legendary!
Damn on the Falcon though. I have have just recently started being able to tell ghosts and banshees apart. Me and my friend had to come with a whole ass mnemonic device for it ("ghost goes on ground"). I'll definitely have to go back and look at the Pelican Easter egg though. Halo has had some of my favorite Easter Eggs to date.
I'm guessing the wild zones are meant to be there to help shake things up. i'm still cautious about it though because there's only so many variations i feel like you could do with the concept of "city"
Nintendo always seems to have that shared nostalgia for all their games. It's really interesting too see, because you can get people 3 game generations apart and they still share the same nostalgia
Right now specifically? I have it out for Pearson. I bought a eTextbook from them that I need for a data structures class because of the bs online assignments. I only need it for a semester, had to pay $120 for a whole year.
The built in Java IDE? Completely busted. Returns the same failed to compile error for every single assignment. I even went and tested it in IntelliJ to make sure it works. It’s not my code. It’s a problem with Pearson’s IDE.
Then, I raise the issue to tech support, only, tech support is just an AI that goes through the usual “Clear Cookies, try a different web browser”. Finally it says it will “raise it higher” since none of those things worked. I’m gonna have to be higher after dealing with this BS. Anyways, right now they’re high up on my personal shit list since they took my money and can’t even deliver a functional product
I usually try to stick to a Single Player game to beat, and then anything MP I bounce around with friends. Sometimes I’ll end up bouncing around Single Player games though until I find something that sticks
There’s so many little things about Legacy that I feel like really make it feel special, and bedrock is missing all of those. Things like the fog, or the UI designed with consoles in mind. Stuff like that. 4J just really understood it, I wish they had been allowed to managed bedrock edition
I almost considered and but decided I wanted a cabin in the woods instead. I still want to use it for something though (assuming I ever end up playing the world some more)
I’ll have to look into Chaos Theory. Is there a recommended way to play it? I know some people suggest certain console releases over the PC version or other console version
Is modern warfare remastered good? I’ve seen gameplay clips before and it seems almost like a military drama like Saving Private Ryan but in modern times, which is something I’m interested in. But every time there’s a sale I forget to pick it up
Splinter Cell is a name i've heard thrown around a lot but honestly have never thought to try. I might look into it at some point, because i love stealth games (my friend not so much though, AC Unity is the only one i've ever seen not stress him out)
I'm legit considering picking it up if it ever goes on sale. For $40 i couldn't warrant the price for me personally, but for lower? I'd be willing to consider it
Are the servers shut down on Playstation? (i'm assuming since you said Platinum your on PS). I don't know 100% of all the achievements on there, but as long as none of them depend solely on another player being there you should be able too run Multiplayer missions Solo, i used to do it for years on my first few playthroughs when i was younger. But yeah, i get your frustration. There's so many games in my collection i just can't 100% because of online, whether it's servers shutting down or just general multiplayer troubles.
How's Odyssey btw? I'm embarrassed to admit that Odyssey i initially skipped over because i didn't think i'd like the way the story was going being pre-assassin's and the gameplay, but i picked up Valhalla later and loved the gameplay bit (at least in small pieces) so i'm wanting to give it a try since i got it with the entire AC bundle on Steam.
They were on Xbox with Splitscreen, I was on PC. I would have totally loved to all have been on the same console though 3/4 player splitscreen can be a chaotic amount of fun
