I hope I'm wrong this time, but US history is disappointing

When examined closely, you'll find that there's a reason that I'm calling it a regime, and not administration.

What this regime is doing (forcing out good people in every sector, replacing them with regime loyalists), is exactly what must be done when this regime falls.

There is absolutely no doubt that they must be purged from every sector.

No help is coming from the outside, so Americans need to decide for how long they'll allow the regime to shred all checks and balances, and vandalize their economy, and shred their ability to cover the basic necessities.

Then make the regime fall.

They all can mount a defense.

No one is required to comply with nonsense.

By doing physical activity that's intrinsically rewarding.

If you enjoy bike riding, go ride your bike, and don't even bother thinking about it as exercise. Enjoy, and get into it.

The fitness part is just a side effect.

I never cared much for Harvard, the elitism, legacy enrollments, and all things snooty about it.
