I had a laugh at your expense, but I have done the same kind of thing so many times! It's the worst when you remember saving something in a text file, but you're not sure exactly where you saved it, and then after spending way too long looking for it, you get this creepy feeling that you may have not even saved it after all!
You see, that's why you divide all the smaller distinct batches of logic into their own functions and then give the wrapper function a name like blahBlahOrchestrator or blahBlahManager waves hands mysteriously
Meds are a personal journey. Only you can guage what benefits they are giving you. Meds also can't solve 100% of the problems. Listen to your doc about how long the minimum time to trial a med must be, because often it takes a while. Docs are also people. They are fallible, emotional, sometimes illogical etc. Finding the right medical professional for you might take a while, but do your best to give them a chance before moving to the next one. Also try other things to help you accommodate your problems. As an example I run to help with my mood.
You just got to hope that his patients don't suffer kidney failure from the 9 different procedures he guessed would work before they find the right problem
Tell me, captain, have you completely recovered from your experience with the Borg? It must have been awful for you, actually becoming one of them, being forced to use your vast knowledge of Starfleet operations to aid the Borg. Just how many of our ships were lost? Thirty-nine. And a loss of life, I believe, measured at nearly eleven thousand. One wonders how you can sleep at night, having caused so much destruction.
