  • Okay okay McD's is overpriced crap but it's also the brand most highly associated with "America."

And our Toad In Chief, having escaped being sent to jail for his crimes, has gone on a destructive spree and crashed America into the mud, "Poop-poop!"

Nobody in the rest of the world wants to buy anything with his stink on it, even if it weren't overpriced crap.

  • Since it's important for health to consume some of the green stuff, it's helpful to find out how you dislike it least. For instance, cooked spinach is just as revolting as raw, but you only have to swallow about a quarter of the amount because of shrinkage. Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts are better if you roast them until they mostly taste like brown. And shrinkage happens there, too.

Zucchini is a green vegetable that's less offensive imho, and can hide in a spaghetti sauce without ruining it.

Don't go with any recipe that "celebrates the delicious flavor" of anything you don't already like.

You can also be your own mom and puree veggies into the gravy/sauce of your meat.

Anyway, good on you for eating the veggies first. It'll also start filling you up, so the steak will feel more satisfying.

  • Maybe if you think real hard about a person going into a seizure and flinging themselves backwards, it'll pop back in your head the next time you go to type "seize" and help you remember.

  • "I've never had a friend tell me he sends girls dick pics" Well he wouldn't, would he? They know it's toxic behavior even though they enjoy doing it and might even brag about it with equally toxic guys. This is a problem women constantly have, the men in their lives don't believe things are happening because it doesn't happen when they're there. It's a far less niche sphere than it appears to you, and I agree it's probably not going to be out in front of you for you to do something about. But you can start by assuming women mostly don't bring things up unless they're really bad, because they put themselves at risk by doing so. So if they do, they're probably not lying or imagining it. Even if your experience of that guy is completely different. And you can (continue to) shut down the more "minor" conversational shit that normalizes and perpetuates that mindset.

  • By yourself probably not. But a battalion of opposing arguments could possibly turn the tide. These guys have already demonstrated how susceptible they are to peer pressure, after all. And they're not all online at once, so if they're suddenly in the minority in their usually toxic forum...
