Reading the whole statement, I think he's saying all those things are problems, especially the Pam Bondi connection, but he's more offended that it was built with profits off our war dead. Well, it is a win-win. The Episcopal Church is left-leaning, and refusing to continue the sham of refugee resettlement when it's only Apartheid supporters is a legitimate moral stand to take. And now I have to puree everything for him and avoid carbs for me, so something like OP's curry meal would have to be riceless, and my portion would have to sit until I could get his pureed. Which I've discovered also blandifies things, so I need to reseason it as well. Then get the eating situation all set up, and finally reheat the food. Which will be fine, but lack that fresh immediate punch.

Agreed, but I'll admit that even after decades of cooking dinners I still haven't gotten the timing quite precise enough to get everything done perfectly at the same moment.

And if I do, inevitably something unrelated delays the actual serving of dinner, so it has to sit around and either get cold or become drab.

Obviously over the course of the day you need a balance of protein but it doesn't have to be in every dish. The rice and seeds here are a good start.
