If you are using a VPN, then sort of. It depends on the details. They need to at least be a no-log VPN for it to be remotely true, and even then, fingerprinting a user isn't that difficult. Though for most, DDG is only a search engine, and a search engine definitely isn't hiding squat on its own.
I mean, if you'd stop to think for a moment, I'd think the stripper index does have some credence to it beyond the others exactly because of the things you cited...
Sex work is taboo, so the people who seek it are going to be the people who ostensibly "need" it. Most people can take or leave a theme park visit. People addicted to tits aren't going to give it up so easily. So... the very reasons you question it are exactly why it is a stronger market indicator.
While bloomcole is a laughable clown, horseshoe theory is a pretty silly theory when you get in to the details. Communism itself does not turn in to fascism. Fascist authoritarians from history have simply stolen its language to convince rubes to give them power. Any actual communist should never herald any authoritarian.
Again, not defending the clown, but commenting on the silly horseshoe theory. The only people it holds true for are idiots that still love authority. (which the clown might be such a rube)
Depends on the workload, really. 120 users using small services? probably. 120 users sharing large files or bandwidth heavy stuff? Doubt it. Also a lot of enterprise hardware is about reliability. Multiple PSUs, NICs, more robust hardware for constant load/network traffic, etc.
Sure, a gaming rig can handle it until it can't. Another question is what happens when the box crashes? Is the business down until a new PC is built and restored from backups?
A small business can probably afford two PCs, but scaling up and up eventually becomes a lot of trouble and space.
No, it's really not that way, unless you're a guilt-by-association simplifying dolt. One can be a communist and not like how China is ran nor have to defend it.
I guess my point is: By the time we'd be able to travel that far, we'd have the ability to make all such observations without showing up on the planet.
Though on the other side of the coin, if interstellar travel were so ubiquitous, who's to say all aliens would behave in such hands-off ways? Maybe any aliens that would visit Earth would be the equivalent to rednecks driving out in to the woods to shoot squirrels. Or in a more innocuous analogy, bird watching without binoculars.
History proves that naive view ... very naive. Should the US never joined in the war? Should the Poles and French simply rolled over to the Nazis? You seem to be saying yes, which is simply pathetic beyond ignorance.
DuckDuckGo doesn't hide your IP. Your IP is a fundamental networking number used to route traffic to your computer. It can also change for many home internet service providers over time, so it's a bit stupid of Reddit to use them, though they might be using more advanced fingerprinting mechanisms and merely saying IP.
Not to back up any specific beliefs/statements from OP, but the Paradox of Tolerance does exist. The woefully intollerant should not be tolerated. It just depends on how you "don't tolerate" them that determines how upsetting of a response someone has.
For example, just literally disenfranchising them might be enough ... or at least could have been. Though after the intolerant gain enough power, there remains very, very few functional options. It's literally all of the lessons that came out of WW2...
