  • They didn't see how many Iraqis we killed either

  • I'd play the hell out of it if it's Oblivion in space

  • I can't hear the outside unit running from inside if that's what you're wondering

  • I got one put in my 1200sqft manufactured home 4 years ago. It was able to keep most of the house 68 degrees with it in the single digits without breaking the bank. It struggles the most with just above freezing and foggy. This is because it has to constantly defrost the outside unit.
Overall 10/10 compared to forced air electric heating.

  • This'll have as many consecutive as the Panama papers. A journalist or two will be executed and a scapegoat or two will face a slap on the wrist.

  • More people are foraging because they can't afford what's at the grocery store. Hell I harvest stinging nettle to replace spinach.

  • I don't have a ton of snaps installed but haven't noticed any degradation in speed so far for something like Firefox.

Also I don't think Ubuntu shipped with flatpak before snaps. Some of the other flavors of Ubuntu did but chose to go with snaps instead. You can always install flatpak if you want.

Not that anyone has to be okay with snaps or the direction Canonical is going. I've been eyeballing LMDE myself!

  • Nope, the border wall is expensive, ineffective, and it destroys ecosystems.

  • Someone probably needs a CPAP or APAP

  • What a bunch of poors

  • Truly a generational talent

  • We've chosen to allow it to continue

  • It's nice to have slightly more normal weather in the valley and coast, but the lack of mountain snow is concerning.
While it's not unusual in an el nino year we weren't really bolstered by heavier snow years beforehand.
Next summer has a good chance to be very interesting.

  • You generally don't. The nozzles retract so they're way up by the seat. I think in 5 years of having a bidet I've had to clean poop of the fixture (not the nozzle) once, and that's with someone with IBS in the house.

  • That's a wide flat surface not a butt crack

  • It doesn't because I dry off with toilet paper

  • It's fixed so you may have to move a little bit it's not a big deal. I drip dry for a minute or two and then dry off with toilet paper.
