You can also make your own microwave popcorn without the PFAs for a lot cheaper. Just toss some popcorn seeds in oil, put em in a plain paper bag and microwave.

We have bins around our city for people to drop electronics off for recycling. I’ve taken a few laptops from there. You’re not supposed to, but ¯(ツ)_/¯.

One I gave to my buddy who needed something just for emails and web browsing and whatnot, one is running a server, and a couple more went back in to the bin because they were actually broken, but I took the hard drives for the server machine. I have one on a self ready in case the server machine dies so I haven’t gone looking for any new ones in a while.

Huh. I always assumed Thor was going to be in GOTG3 but when the release dates got messed up with Disney firing Gunn they shoehorned The Guardians in to Thor instead.

Also, it doesn’t seem like Taiki knows how to write Thor either. He went way too goofy in both movies. Honestly, Thor’s best writing has been in the Avengers movies. Whedon and The Russos were able to pull off the right balance of serious/Fish-out-of-water Thor.

I keep hearing this, but how does it jive with the fact that other grocery stores are still more expensive? (although they seem to be closing the gap)

For example: Hawkin’s cheezies, 420g:

Safeway - $8

No Frills - $6

Wholesale Club - $5

That’s the only example I have off the top of my head because I’ve been eating so many cheezies lately. Sobeys, Safeway, and Save-on are all still more expensive on 90+% of items.

The best thing Europe could do is take those savings and use it to cover the salaries of a couple full time developers per country to help verify code and add new features.

It would be such a boon to the whole world.

Season 3 isn’t out yet and they’re talking about season 5. I’m not rushing is a concern here.
