  • So waste your own money on it then. I'm sure no university will turn down your cash.

  • While there are definitely corrupt people in the democrats, as a whole their inaction ties more to stalled efforts which needed bipartisan support vs. not trying to push for changes

And yet they still manage to force their shit through

  • Good. If they can't operate without massive handouts, they should either figure out increasing their income, or cut things that waste money.

  • So what? History has billions of people being killed. What does it matter if some random one isn't remembered?

  • To clarify, I'm asking why you're of the opinion that 90% of conservatives support trump, and that 75% of that group reports cult-like devotion.

  • I don’t know that I will ever be able to see Trump supporters (~90% of conservatives) as mentally reliable people from now on. I don’t mean to be dramatic; I go back and forth on this (hence it being a dilemma). At times, I tell myself, “it’s not that bad, it can’t be that bad,” but then another poll comes out reporting that 3/4 of these folks really are forehead-deep in the Kool Aid.

What's you're reasoning for this? My experience pans out differently

  • I mean it's not really an effort to curate my feed. I made an account, followed a bunch of accounts from artists I already liked, and from there, all I've done is follow more accounts based on content I find. I haven't had to do any "curation" to achieve my feed. It's just... There. It shows content based on what people interact with. For me, that's porn and memes. For some people, it's every random bit of political ragebait.
