No, not really but I like to type a lot. Since that’s what we do on Lemmy, typing to one another and not speaking to each other.

To zoom in on this, it is actually not redundant and old for other people. Perhaps for you yeah, but some people might not have seen your particular post and will see this one.

As of today, I have it too. Was sick since Sunday and since yesterday some foods tasted like chemicals and kept coughing like crazy. So tested just to be certain and tested positive for COVID.

My country doesn’t obligate us to self-isolate anymore and such but just out of decency, I e-mailed the people I had appointments with to cancel it due to COVID. It’s up to them if they want to continue the appointment, reschedule or do it through online now.

So yeah, of course it’ll be a bit lackluster when it’s 3 people versus a company like Amazon. But despite that, they’re doing a very well job. I’ve been using the site since (I think) 2020 and really like it. They actually listen to their user-base.

Just as other people have reasons to dislike certain companies, so do I have mine to dislike Nintendo as a whole. The reason why I didn’t went into it fully is because this isn’t the right thread for it.

However if you want a deeper dive into my reasons, let me know. I’ll let you know but might take few days as I’m currently lying sick in bed.

I have got the PS5 for a year or two and, I haven’t really touched it at all. There were only a handful games that I enjoyed. Didn’t like the new Horizon forbidden west nor God of war Ragnarok, they felt just way to “same-y” (if that makes sense).

I refuse to get a Switch because, I genuinely dislike Nintendo as a company. Though thats for another time.

This also might’ve to do with the fact that I bought a gaming PC and do everything on there. I’m currently busy with Alan Wake 2, Last of us 1 and later on probably Hellblade 2.

But yeah, I agree. Console gaming has been a bit disappointing.

I watched Konosuba 1 and 2, not sure when season 3 arrives. I had it would air somewhere in 2024 but haven't followed news about it.

I’m genuinely curious if you even know the history of Israel and when Hamas was created.

The world is better off without Israel and why? Well because they’re the ones committing crimes since 1948 up until now (and ongoing). There’s enough news articles, books and historical evidence of this.

Alan Wake 2 is an amazing game, glad I got it. Visually it’s stunning, storytelling is amazing and on all aspects just wow. Never thought they do make a sequel out of Alan Wake.

Replaying Last of us and still loving it. Not much else to say about it.

Unfortunately I’m not that happy about Hogwarts legacy. The beginning was great but after 3 hours, I find the gameplay and story very dull and close to dropping it. It makes me a bit sad, I like Harry Potter in general and was hoping for a great magical game. However, they did the whole world building of Hogwarts very well.

Any outcome where Hamas was permitted to live after October 7th or to govern Gaza was never going to be acceptable, and Hamas was unlikely to ever concede this.

7th October happens when you steal land and displace 750 000 people, murder along the way, create a apartheid state and humiliate a entire race. Hamas is a creation out of Israel’s actions. Israel is the core reason as to why there’s so much hatred and death. 

Anything less than the end of Hamas would have been a terrible outcome for all sides. They’d regroup, rearm, and in a few years’ time they’d attack again, more civilians would die, and people would start clutching their pearls and warning about ‘escalation’. And in the meantime, the Palestinians in Gaza would have had to endure their brutal rule.

So you’re fine with Israel literally murdering, stealing land and humiliating Palestinian people. Apparently. However when these people literally fight back, it is suddenly wrong in your eyes.

The international community will be pouring in financial assistance, except that this time it won’t be used to build hundreds of miles of terror dungeons.

Not true. Israel will never allow it. Their PM proudly boosted that he’s proud of not allowing a Palestinian state.

The West Bank is a tougher nut to crack. But Israel will have to deal with the Hezbollah Jihadis first.

Hamas did not exist until 1987, they became an actual group only in 1987 because of all the horrifying things Israel had done from 1948 up until 1987. Which is approximately 40 years after what Israel had done to the Palestinian people.

You ought to learn about history and political matters before you even write or speak about these matters. You clearly have no knowledge about the state you are so hard trying to defend.

I honestly see no reason to use Reddit for its Piracy Megathread. Lemmy’s user base is much more friendly, helpful and the Megathread here is the same (if not better) organized than there.

Not only that, I remember there was quite some problems among the mods on Reddit. So I’m not surprised something like this happened. Once there’s a slight fracture, it’ll slowly but steadily get broken into pieces entirely.

I don’t see much decent content on both Piracy and PiratedGames subreddit anyway. Majority is memes, ‘is this safe’ and spam posts about empress.

• Genocide seems okay by most of the presidents.
• Calling for justice is a hate crime and gets you arrested.
• Racism and Fascism on the rise.
• Raping a 12 year old person seems to be okay, doesn’t get you labeled as a pedophile.
• Calling out that Zionism is in fact bad gets you the “antisemitic” name.
• Quoting Hitler seems to be okay
