I got put on Panadol osteo for chronic pain. 8 tablets a day. Did nothing for pain, but give me epic diahrrea. Stopped taking it when I got out of hosp. Unfortunately everything else has intolerable side effects (breathing difficulty, extreme dizziness etc).

Think I need to find a new psych, but having been rejected by one before 15 years ago, I don’t want to put myself up for that hurt again. Yeah I’m complex. (ASD, cptsd from childhood, anxiety etc). Seems too hard to get help…,

So Google AdWords accounts have been hacked and scammers are posing as Google AdWords managers sending demanding emails re fake debt. When logging a support case with Google re the scam emails, they admitted they had been compromised and the account name and number had been leaked. Won’t be doing any more business with them..

A week Can’t remember if it looked a bit sad before then ….

Not sure if it was here or reddit where I saw it recommended, but the virtual ED service is awesome. Unfortunately had to use it today and call an ambulance. I wasn’t sure if it was serious or not, so this service was just what I needed.

Hope this post lets more ppl know about it.

Tough luck for being a hard worker. Changed jobs a few times and spent 18 months absolute cramming my life with studying etc to get a better job. And people wonder why we have people becoming landlords to get negative gearing to try and offset the high taxes.

Maybe lowering interest rates would be a better option here given that is what is causing the cost of living crisis as far as rent and mortgage. Has zero effect on cost of goods due to super profit greed.

Going to be a tough day, chronic illness playing up. Time to put on the happy face for work. Hope the cat is prepared for lots of non consensual hugs today….
