You won’t get blacklisted for an urgent repair request. It’s also a safety issue.

If I ever build /reno a bathroom, I’m putting in walls that look like massive tiles. Seen them on fb - no grout, looks like marble.

I have random tomato plants growing in the garden. Can only assume it’s grown out of wombat poop, as that’s his poop spot. I haven’t planted any tomato’s in the last 2 years….especially not in that spot.

Rain is my fault, I watered my plants last night (and got bitten by bitey bugs)

Summer is only 3 months of the year. Having said that, my investment property has an aircon and ducted heating.

Power was out for 7 days - ausnet can’t even get their website working to put in a claim. Some people still have their power out, running a generator costs a fortune (despite having it off overnight)
