I also did some searching again and came across the usb-c alternate modes. There is an alternate mode for "Audio Adapter Accessory Mode" and this needs certain architecture of the adapter you are connecting to be automatically detected.
From the spec:
"The analog audio adapter shall identify itself by presenting a resistance to GND of ≤ Ra on
both A5 (CC) and B5 (VCONN) of the USB Type-C plug. If pins A5 and B5 are shorted together, the effective resistance to GND shall be less than Ra/2.
A DFP that supports analog audio adapters shall detect the presence of an analog audio
adapter by detecting a resistance to GND of less than Ra on both A5 (CC) and B5 (VCONN)."
So the host has to support it, and the adapter needs to be manufactured so that it turns this feature on.
But i find it difficult to find firstly if my phone supports it, and if the jack is designed with it in mind.
And after that we apply the complexity of also charging in this mode, and chespest possible manufacturing of these things, or they just throw their own DAC in the adapter and call it a day so from phones dac -> usb-c alternate audio mode -> adapters dac -> headphones.
And nowhere have i ever seen the manufacturer of these dongles say how its constructed.
But i will stop here and forget about this because it is way outta my league.

I ended up bying a phone without a jack. I got 2 dongles that split into a jack and a charging port, so i can charge in bed while watching videos. One of the jacks has static noise and whine, the other has i think some kind of digital to analog interface that cuts the sound conpletely when the audio is too low.
So i hear static or when i watch a video or listen to an audiobook, when there is a pause in speech i hear the sound cut out completely, or if a video has soft background music on it, it might not pick up on it at all.
It's very distracting.
And if you go online to buy a dongle, they dont really say what they have in them, or you dont know how your phone handles the conversion etc.
So I don't think "just buy a dongle" is the solution. It works but now i have all these problems i didnt have with my old phone that had a jack...
It's happening! McLaren has been given a way out again. Lando now has to bring top form for the rest of the races, and they need to hope for poor performance from max to win.

I dont really remember much about the first game besides the mission in the post, but i do remember driver 2 being really difficult game.
That one mission where you have to hijack the truck or something like that, and the car that is pursuing you will just kill you 5seconds into the mission if you slowed down for a turn lol
After 50 resets of the mission i just desided that i will not even try to follow the truck if it takes 2/3 possible paths, just reset and hope for easy route and then T-bone the truck hoping to complete the mission in the first 10seconds.
Or the mission that asks you to take out like 3 cars across the map, with a really strict timelimit, and sometimes the car you hit takes 50% damage per hit, sometimes 5%.
I was definitely going insane at some point in the playthrough.
Also ReDriver 2 PC port of driver 2 exists and is fully playable.
Ah yes, I have had that happen before. See that gap between two cars and squeeze through to avoid collision, but somehow manage to hit both of the cars and your car is in someones backyard pool. While the cars you "squeezed through" blast their horn for some reason...

McLaren put the drivers in a real awkward spot. Telling lando there will be lots of opportunities in the future and to give the spot back must have been real tough on lando, when you chased tour first victory for so long, and bow have the chance to double your score.
You can tell that oscar wasnt over the moon as well, even when he has won his first ever F1 race!
McLaren has a bright rest of the season ahead with these two amazing drivers and their car!

It's another deep dive job. Without hesitation I accept the job since I'm low on prime points. Head back to my office and plug myself back in. Get more details from the job file, seems to be some obscure shit again...
Turn on my cooled chair that prevents my body from overheating during a deep dive. I sit in the chair and start the process.
Thousands and thousands of mind numbing click bait videos speed past me as I weave through them in the metaverse. I'm multiple hours into the dive with no results, and I can feel my body start failing. I should pull out, but the prime points are too tempting, and I'm already so deep, it has to be around here somewhere.
My vision flashes red as my neuralinked dive chair is giving me warnings about my body failing, and just as im about to pass out... There it is, I gotcha... Grab the link and pull out as fast as I can.
Wake up a few hours later after my chair managed to get my heart going again. Scramble through my memories for the link, and there it was. I inform the customer that the matching video has been found and I am awaiting payment... The money is wired to me instantly and I sent them the LINK through neuramail.
Searching YouTube isn't easy these days... But it pays good..
