In theory Java is very similar to C#, an IL based JIT runtime with a GC, of course. So where is the difference coming from between the two? How is it better than pascal, a complied language? These are the questions I'm wondering about.
If it was only few seconds. At best you can skip after 5s but then you get plenty of 15-50s ads every 5+ minutes or so with some videos. It makes it almost impossible to watch it.
I would of if there was a family tier that plays YouTube without ads in my country. The content I watch is good and authors deserve payment IMO. Sadly there is currently no competition, there are some marginal subscription services and there is peertube which doesn't have monetization.
Funny how such companies don't care that employees would be more effective with better tools and those license prices would result in way over $20/month profit. 🤷♂️
Yep and they are doing it all over Europe. Europe, specially EU, should consider them hostile for elections interference. And I'm sure this went on on lower levels as well even before this obvious interference. Yet, nobody bats an eye 🤷♂️
