I mean, he definitely should not comment on that in his GDPA role since he is personally too close to that situation. Full agree on that.

Why the teams all had their drivers not comment on it however is interesting.

Yeah Max did 4 stops. Which sounds pretty crazy. Lots of pitstops all around, which kinda was most of the action although there were some on track overtakes as well.

I think Hulk profited off his tire choices – in the end the fact that he did not qualify well yesterday gave him more tire options for the race, and that enabled him to do a unique strategy.

The DOTD vote closes some time before the race ends.

Qualifying is already over, and Stroll was the person to qualify. They can not put another driver into the car now. If the team doctor had ruled Stroll unfit before qualifying, the reseve driver could have taken his spot in qualifying and participated in the race.

Well, given how many cars took to the runoff there, I can understand why Nico did not know behind which car he should have correctly come back onto the track. He had no real advantage there.

Even Max has been publicly frustrated about the car for years now. The last time he considered it a perfect car for himself was probably in 2022.

Oof that sounds bad. He did the first few GPs back then while still in pain, so withdrawing now (after quali) suggests major issues.
