Where do you see the rising sun? I can not see it

Everyone I ever talked to told me "well yes we have to implement our own version of ActivityPub because AP is under-defined". In most cases it is defined what AP does, but not how. Therefore individual programers go in and figure out on their own how a certain thing they are building for their platform should be structured in AP.

Now, every project could simply go "I will copy the way Pixelfed implements it". But why should PF have that priviledge?

That is still not the point the commenter and the original blog author were making.

What we can take away from this episode is that Pixelfed implemented the fix in a way that suggests they would not handle a 0 day exploit with a "reql" vulnerability well. And having followed dansup's projects for a while that doesnt surprise me, because he clearly prefers to work "chaoticly" than in a structured, regulated way.

The "taking the heat" is something completely seprrate and boils down to stupid people on the internet needing to be angry at someone.

The reason why this happens in the live coverage is because they are not allowed to air team radio live. Each and every team radio being broadcasted is at least 60 seconds old.

I don't think so. Some drivers do testing work for multiple teams, like in the last couple of years Bearman did for Ferrari & Haas, Giovannazzi did for Ferrari & Alfa Romeo,, or Lawson did for RBR & RB, etc.

If say Alpine offered Hamilton a test drive, I think nothing in the regulations would hinder him from accepting that offer. In reality Alpine wouldn't do that however.

The Story mode will be different for sure. But I think lots of people don't actually play that.

The older cars he can test without restrictions. On simulator there are no restrictions either I believe. For the current car, they would need to use an official filming/testing day from their budget

Unfortunately for them, the Concorde Agreement forces them to run two cars lol

Given that Max has talked about the differences between the RBR and the VCARB in interviews, I wonder whether he has tested the VCARB recently.

And Loki and Thor in the same movie means they must meet at some point.

Also, Love surely should show up at least for a second with Thor being in this, or her absence would seem weird. Which should be pretty easy given she was played by Hemsworth's daughter.

Looks like all the magic-based people and their adjacents (Strange, Wanda, Wiccan, America Chavez etc) and all the space-based people won't be in this. Wouldn't surprise me if they have their separate bigger storylines ongoing in different projects parallel to Doomsday.

Surely this must be for Doomsday. The directors chairs at least imply it's film-related and not an announcement for a comics event.
