There seems to be no consistency with perm bans. Burner email and VPN banned - maybe the browser you used had a reddit kill cookie in it.

I always found the low karma threshold that stops you from posting or commenting in some groups absurd.

I seem to be in the same category as you regarding a few groups that get no traction on Lemmy. Do you have any idea how they handled mentioning Lemmy in a comment? I would think it would be worse if you mentioned it in a post
