  • I'd prefer not. My phone camera makes 10mb photos. I don't want to wait that long to send a quick photo, and storage needed to keep the conversation history can unnecessarily get out of hand.

If i want ro share full res photos, I'll use Google photos. For sending a quick snap, smaller is fine.

  • Individual's wealth vs minimum wage is not a great comparison. It's showing accumulated wealth of an individual who will over time receive pay raises and build up their wealth.

Minimum wage is what it says the minimum. It's supposed to be entry level income at the time. It should be adjusted for inflation.

To make it more accurate, it should show income increase for ech of the billionaires, and compare it to an income of some median individuals.

  • Ebooks are less convenient because once you buy and read it you're stuck with it and can't resell.

Books can be had second hand for dirt cheap, too. For ebook you're paying full price.

  • Because you don't know where this information will end up. Companies often get hacked and the information leaks out.

Your email, address, phone number can be used to spam and scam you.

Other information can be used to make scam you more effectively, or even scam your relatives if they sprinkle enough seemingly private information in it.

Your public photos and videos (tiktok, YouTube) can be used to make a deepfake of you and end up online to blackmail you.

Ask yourself what you have yo gain from sharing information online, and remember that the internet never forgets.

  • Yep, happened to me. But instead of "best regards", i usually end with simple "regards" which may have made it worse. I immediately followed up with an email profusely apologizing.
