The solution to stick drift is buying controllers with Hall Effect joysticks; drift is caused by plastic parts literally grinding down and potentiometers wearing out. Hall Effect sticks don't make contact, so they don't have this issue. Since you like the Xbox layout, 8BitDo's Ultimate controller could be a good third-party option for you.
These are wildly different medications. Meth is occasionally used for ADHD when nothing else works, but it requires careful medical supervision, for life. A pharmacist subbing out your amphetamine salts for meth will go to jail. Adderal is not meth, any more than caffeine is adrenaline, or morphine is fentanyl.
You say you "have family" with ADHD; do you mean you have multiple different family members on different medications? Because 9 outta 10 times someone tells me they know someone on "meth" for ADHD, they've misread methylphenadate; Ritalin.
I live in a fishing town, and I used to love crab, until I was adult and it was my turn to prep them. The first time I turned a crab over and saw the bottom, where all its freaky little legs connect, I had a real "oh god this is either a bug or a space alien" moment. I can't stand crab anymore, just the thought of it makes me feel nauseated. Lobster too. Somehow shrimps are okay, though.
Anecdotally, and perhaps ironically, they were right, I am dyslexic, and I definitely do perceive letters as permuted quite often. The second link really chuffs me because it's clearly a non-dyslexic person openly speculating as if they're authoritative, but this theory of "3d processing" words jives with neither other literature about dyslexia, nor my own experience. I'm pretty sure this is just someone showerthinking about a disorder. The errors I make are pretty incompatible with seeing whole words from the wrong "angle"; letters are switched, sometimes even between adjacent words (I might see "angle" as "angel", or "and rain" as "an drain"), similar graphs are misread as each other (the classic example is [b / d / p / q], sometimes also g depending on font; [w / m / E], [e / a], [T / L], so on), words can be entirely displaced elsewhere in a sentence...
So yes, like, I definitely do see some letters backwards or upside down or mirrored, etc.
I live in a super tiny town on the edge of nowhere, so I only met like six people, who all regularly streetpassed with each other. So I set my router up with fakepass or whatever it was called, the software that let me streetpass with people all over the world, and that was huge fun. Then they set up some kind of thing where every Mcdonalds in NA was streetpass linked or something, so I didn't have to do the router thing anymore, and I started making regular trips to the park beside McDonalds, because their wifi just barely reached and I'd get streetpasses.
I bought the Plaza DLC, whatever it was called, and I played every game for hours. It was just so fun to see that there were other people doing the same thing as me. It made everything feel a bit like an MMO. I wish it'd come back for the Switch 2.
Ah, now this is an interesting question. I can certainly see an argument that ads are necessary to support “free” content, although personally in many cases I prefer to pay a subscription to support content rather than being subjected to ads.
On the other hand, not everyone can afford a subscription, so offering a both ad-supported and paid-for options is ideal, imo. Well, at least as ideal as it gets in a "grind your hustle or you'll starve" economy.
I'm not them, for the record. But personally, I turned browser spellcheck off years ago; I have a lot of fantasy/scifi hobbies, and it often highlighted words that are correct but not in a dictionary, which was annoying, so I just shut it off. And also because it doesn't really matter, from a linguistic point of view; the purpose of language is to be understood, so as long as a typo doesn't detract from my meaning, I don't care. It'd be different if I was writing a business email, but I'm not, I'm shitposting on reddit, so who gives a fuck?
People who want to engage in discussion don't find a flimsy, meaningless excuse to hurl insults instead. Be less transparent before you try to troll, please.

It's USB-C. You can see it in the photos. It can also use the cord to act as a wired controller.
