Sorry...I was getting an error and didn't think it was posting.

I deleted the posts and they were marked with the garbage can but they were hanging around and people were upvoting them. I decided to edit them to deleted to avoid confusion.

If you're going to be colourful you might as well be fuck you colourful.

I love roundabouts. There are a lot of them near where I live. I really hate people who live near them and mover bother to learn to use them properly. It should be part of the driving test along with merging onto major highways and 4-way stop rules. Traffic works really well if everyone follows the rules.

I have held a security clearance for decades, am multiply indoctrinated, and sworn to secrecy for life under threat of prison. The only people crowing about this are ignoramuses and the bad faith politicians using grievance politics to manipulate them.

This time when we give billions of dollars of tax cuts to our rich donors and a hundred bucks to each of you our rich donors will turn those billions into better, higher paying jobs for everyone! We know that that has never happened ever anywhere in human history but this will be the first time. Vote for me, I'm not Justin Trudeau!

Conservatives always do the same thing. They cut taxes giving billions of dollars to the rich and cut services for everyone else. (Just a note, here...if you don't use a million dollar yacht as a runabout for your billion dollar yacht you are the poor that they are referring to when they say, "We don't want our tax dollars going to support the poor." They're taking about you, not for you.) They cut revenue and try to cut spending to make it up but always fail, running up the deficit and the debt, neglecting the military, government, and infrastructure leaving not only a fiscal debt but also an operational/maintenance debt until they are voted out of office. Then the next Liberal government has to pay that debt by spending and the Conservatives complain that they are spending money like drunken sailors, run on, "We're not them and we're going to fix everything" without ever having a plan for HOW they're going to fix everything let alone the intention to fix everything, win, and start the cycle over again.

Perhaps we look better by comparison to their own country.

Keep in mind that our standard of living while at its lowest point in 40 years is still among the top two or three in the world. The propagandist never mention that while they're pushing their grievance politics.

And to be very clear, electing a Conservative government that will cut taxes on the rich and cut services to everyone else to pay for it will crash or standard of living. Never trust s politician who says, "Elect me because I'm not the other guy and I'll fix everything" but never tells you how. The one thing you can be absolutely sure of is the fact that he's not going to fix everything.

It was 7 minutes of pissing and moaning and ignored the reality that things have gotten worse everywhere. A friend from Florida complained in a chat last night that her weekly groceries have gone from USD$100 to USD$180. Despite the problems Canada is still one of the top five best places in the world to live and having travelled to many places around the world I can tell you that I would never consider living anywhere else.

The framers of the Constitution assumes that everyone would act in good faith in using the Notwithstanding Clause. They didn't consider the possibility of the rise of christofascists willing to use it to take away our hard earned rights and consolidate power.

Where is the Justice Center for Consttutional Freedom? Why aren't they defending these protesters? Oh, right...they're actually just a right wing troll farm that supports white supremacists, white nationalists, racists, Diagaloons, and other assholes. They don't take on real cases of Consttutional issues.

Remember the United People of Canada who tried to buy the church in Ottawa them stiffed the seller and refused to leave?

They should talk to YouTube to find out how successful their months long efforts to block at blockers have been. This is an effort by pearl clutchers to do the impossible in a domain that they know absolutely nothing about.

Is it to much to ask that the Conservatives actually tell us what their plans are, in detail, to solve the problems that they're moaning about instead of doing nothing but chant, "TrUdEaU bAd!" ad nauseum?
