Sports. I can get a hundred tweets of highlights almost instantly on Twitter.

For $25 it's a pretty fun game.

This truly made me laugh out loud. The actual story is even funnier than the headline.

The youngest and least qualified member of the supreme Court who was forced through in the waning days of Trump's administration, Amy Coney Barrett, was raised as and is still a member of the People of Praise, a para-church organization which consists mostly of Catholic members. People of Praise is a highly conservative organization that touts strong gender roles and is overall highly secretive.

At one point it is believed that Coney Barrett was the highest rank a woman could have in the organization, with the title of "Handmaid".

During Amy Coney Barret's confirmation hearings, the people of Praise purged all records of their magazine and member profiles from their website.

The People of Praise organization has been accused of covering up for child abusers on multiple occasions.

Thank goodness someone posted this video. I was about to be very disappointed.

I recall it being relatively common up until about 5 or 6 years ago on most flights where the overhead bins would likely fill up.

I mean gate check where they give it back to you at the gate on the other end not regular bag-check at the gate.

Or bring back gate check for overhead bags.

The other commenter's point is that Las Vegas returns almost all of the water it consumes cleaned and back to Lake Meade. As a municipality their net water consumption is close to zero.

It's other municipalities and agricultural ventures that are draining Lake Meade not Las Vegas. Vegas pulls water from Meade, treats it and then returns it back to the reservoir.

If you're going to pick on water wasters Vegas isn't where you want to start. There's plenty of other reasons to pick on Vegas, water isn't one of them.

That's the first search result when I searched "Vegas water conversation" it wasn't hard to find.

I see them as "diet" cars. Similar to if someone is trying to cut back on sodas, switching to diet sodas is a net benefit. That's not to say diet sodas are good for you or remotely healthy, they're just less bad than the alternative.

Still though a practice squad player in the NFL is clearing $500k+ a season. So it's at least a decent amount of money. Is it worth the future health problems with no pension? Not my decision, but at least it is an amount of money where there is a decision to be made.
