Kremlin accuses West of turning blind eye to Ukrainian 'terrorist attacks' against Russia

  • Watched a video some months back of a woman in a car with a man video taping her as she cried about why they had to leave Crimea. This was when some were being evacuated because of some offensive moves by Ukraine. The whole time she is crying about why they would do this and how much she loved it there after moving and that they didn't do anything to deserve it.

    They are clueless. Or just brainwashed. Maybe both.

    • When you're a kid, you don't realize you're also watching your mom and dad grow up.

  • When my mom turned 70, me her and my dad went out to dinner. On the drive there we were discussing something that had gone wrong in my life (one of many) and I asked her if we ever feel like we have life figured out. She just sadly shook her head no.

    This is a highly educated woman, retired as a VP of a large hospital while maintaining an RN license the whole way. She always seemed like she knew what was going on.

    So then I thought if this woman felt this way, what hope did I have? And it sort of settled me and made me realize it is okay that I feel lost most of the time.

    Though I am glad I don't have kids. They would have been through hell with me.

  • Must have been updated because I downloaded it after this post and I have arrows. But the screens on the app store did show thumbs.

  • This all made me realize while I had a reddit account for awhile, I never truly was on it much at all until I discovered Boost. Then it became a daily part of my life. Looking forward to the new Boost while I check out the other apps.

  • I saw a quote from someone at Meta that said they don't have any ex twitter employees. But that doesn't seem very believable.
