Well no. They're stopping the shit they can before it happens, just like every trial it's slow and doesn't particularly stop anything after it happens you can only stop what is or might be via injunction.

Don't even have to do that, fill out the form jam it in a bag and send it to the Fedres and they send you back money or a letter why each bill was rejected.

They're actively working to get them back and trump is digging his administration huge holes to climb their way out of at the same time.

As long as it's 51% of a bill with serial obvious, otherwise they send it in and it takes some time and sometimes they don't reclaim each bill of its questionable.
