I wasn't even familiar with Detroit style pizza, but after looking it up, I think "thick crust" would be a better description.It does look very tasty though.

Yes but this is Ragú, which is a US brand of Italian grocery products primarily known for making pasta sauce (in fact I didn’t even know they also made pizza).
