Sounds like a pretty good idea though to have airbags and crumblezones in something that supposedly can drive 162 km/h (101 mph), and accelerate from 0-60 mph in 6 seconds. You couldn't pay me to drive something as unsafe as this thing.
That's been my biggest problem with the pretty low number of americans I have actually met. They've all been so fucking obnoxious and look-at-me-I'm-better-because-'Murica.
Not just that but the lies? Holy shit the amount of lies I've had to listen to. American dude told me he just kinda woke up in my european city after having been drinking and doing drugs. When he came to he realised he'd bought a house after landing. Told me he was going to be mayor in my city because he thought most danes would really like his american values. Like in what fucking world can a person be so fucking delusional to think anyone would believe that? That's not how any of this fucking works! Thankfully that's the worst one I've met.
Let this just be a lesson to you all. There is no moral company, and I mean no in the most absolute of sense. Companies aren't moral by design, and they will gladly make a penny on dead Ukrainians. The only reason they aren't currently, is because it's not cost effective enough.
Important to remember that collaborators are not without blame in all this. If they will not denounce the fascists, it doesn't matter if they're working class or not. They're traitors.
They're on board with him. Invasions create job security for them. The military won't care until they're told to fire on Americans, and even then a large part won't care, as long as they're firing on the "wrong" kind of people.
There is no way this lunacy ends in a civil arrest.
This is why they keep taking advantage of you. Because every time there's a solution it's: "Nhaa, I don't wanna spend 5 minutes every day for a few weeks to make sure my payments are going through".
Oh god this was my previous colleague. "Hey MBech, mind showing me how I do this thing in Excel you've shown me 100 times?" Sure thing, but at least try to remember. He even told me he forgets it instantly because he just doesn't give a shit about computer stuff. Then you probably shouldn't have a job that has you working on a computer 90% of the time.
Since democracy is literally built on murdering fascists and monarchs (or just authoritarians in generel), it seems pretty wild to me that it's seen as a radical belief that they should die. If we're forced to tolerate leaders whose claim to power is based on supressing and murdering dissidents in an effort to quash democratic thought, what in the actual fuck are we supposed to do to?
I've been here for about a month, switching bettween this and Reddit, while still mostly using Reddit. This made me leave Reddit completely. This and getting banned for 3 days for upvoting a comment was the final straw.
In response to your link. "Fuck you, got mine" seems to be a very central part of most of America no matter party affiliation.
It's entirely impossible for most people to consider the lives of other people. They will start to moan and whine when they can't afford restaurant trips, thinking they deserve pitty. Meanwhile they completely ignoring the millions of dead minorities who died for the terrible crime of being different.
Anyone explain to me why Trump thinks he's entitled to the minerals? All he's done is toss Ukraine out of the negotiation room, blamed them for being invaded in the first place, and now he thinks he deserves money? His people haven't even negotiated a proper deal, since a proper deal would have actual consequenses for Russia if they were to break the ceasefire....
Then how the fuck else am I supposed to feel superior?
