And since the first two (and only other mod actions) where to remove "I'm going to take a wild guess that posters and downvoters in this thread don't live in actual communist countries. Endorsing hammer and sickle is just as bad as endorsing swastikas..." and "Yeah great, because what we need now is soviet propaganda. This needs to die" according to the mod logs their story checks out.

I am not american, and if I was one of approximately 5.1 million (that is about 1 out of 44 or so people) who have lost the ability to vote, no I don't have a say in any level of us politics.

Ummm, not to be an ass but no. The usa has some of the highest number of disenfranchisement in the world. Then you have people like me who's vote does not count at all in american elections (there are dozens of us!).
My bet is on it was expunged and this is them just using arrest records to justify bullshit. Now they will call her a CRIMINAL and anything they do is fine, as she is a dirty criminal.
The really really scary part is that they can arrest someone now on trumped up charges (like a judge that rules kidnapping is bad) then later "deport" them do to past arrests.
They are still around here where I live but they are kinda needed since its dry here (under 20% mostly). Without them the produce desicates. But in moist places? Why?
