IMO banishing and rejecting certain people must be accepted, in order to reduce the harm they cause. Genocide supporters, anti-BIPOC and anti-LGBTQIAA+ radicals, anti-women podcasters, tyrannical leaders of their local civilisations. Jail might work, but a complete reform of what is deemed criminal is also needed. The current English-speaking governments are not modern enough. We need a law based on morality.

I used to smoke and I would stamp it out, although I have never lived in a dry region. I have heard from several places that it is very, very easy to start a fire. A ember can travel hundreds of metres, a single spark could well ignite dry grass. The recent Cali wildfires had such embers taken with the wind, which was a cause of the rapid spread in the Palisades iirc.

It's a word. I'm getting broken down by the amount of censorship on the internet, particularly Youtube. Their guidelines only state to withhold any uncensored cursing or content deemed only suitable for mature audiences for the first fifteen seconds, to avoid being tagged as mature and the video viewcount and profit largely reduced. A very small price to pay for freedom of human expression and life. But channels take this much further than the relatively mild corporation's rules, such as:

• Censoring or obscuring all expletives deemed by Christianity to be foul
• Censoring or obscuring all words describing a sensitive subject (e.g. rape, sex, sexual, abuse, murder, suicide, kill)
• Censoring any moment in which a being is subject to any form of impact, whether accidental, assault or police abuse

These actively block and suppress conversing about real issues, leading to more harm, more assault, and more silent victims. Every time the word suicide is censored signifies to me that another person has committed suicide because they weren't heard. This has been proven to be correlation.

Censorship of human life, experience and expression not only insults my personal ideals of life and freedom, but actually causes more harm, and I cannot forgive that.

What makes swear words so offensive? It’s not their meaning or even their sound. Is language itself a red herring here?

I primarily agree - it's not right for an adult male to rope someone into an experience they don't consent to, whether they believe the time is ripe to reap the results of a neglectful society or not. Learning of the lived experiences of said individual instead of blindly deciding to wrap a rap sheet round their existence and call it a day will help understand why men rape children.

P.s. Don't forget that people of almost any age and sex can rape too, regardless of legal definition. The only discerning factor here is that the male (from as young as 8) can inseminate and possibly impregnate the victim if said victim is a human female.
