  • Kids are usually products of their environment. Kids aren't born on the political right/left, racist, sexist or anything but blank slates. This is why so many reject their religions and parental views when they move out. Give kids an outlet to explore what they like. No indoctrination. You'll be amazed at who they become.

So in that sense, I do feel sorry for the son, maybe his new location he will see the light and wake the fuck up.

  • As so is life. Just shows you the moment is now and everything after this one moment in time will be different. Even though sometimes it does feel the same.

Also makes you think of the past and what has gone. Like thinking back about a missed meeting, deadline, or embarrassing moment. That time is forever gone and will never return. So why live in it? Charge ahead and be excited for the future.

  • It's sound. The water might be going the same way, but speed, depth, and contents are constantly changing. Sure, you can cross a constructed bridge everyday and nothing changes.

This is actually crossing a river, on foot, wagon, horse, etc. It's always changing.

  • "i know the date it happens! on August 29th 1997, it's gonna feel pretty FUCKING REAL TO YOU TOO! anybody not wearing two million sunblock's gonna have a real bad day, get it?? god, you think you're safe and alive, you're already dead - him, you, you're dead already! this whole place, everything you see is GONE! YOU'RE THE ONE LIVING IN A FUCKING DREAM, SILBERMAN! 'CAUSE I KNOW IT HAPPENS! IT HAPPENS!!"

  • Usually, putting a dog down is mercy. We have a dog with Degenerative Myelopathy. He is happy but can barely keep his butt in the air. I've been pushing my wife to let him go, and give him release. She isn't ready and she will never be truely ready. How could you be?

But a dog that can't, run, jump, play or go on walks? The dog needs to go, he might be happy to see you of course....but will never be able to do what dogs love.
