You can create a lot of different profiles , I am using 3 but I think it is like 8 max or something.
My wife is using a GOS phone with all the bad apps she can find and there is never an issue. Maps for sure , wallet I don't know.

Where I live we almost only have mom and pops shops. So I support them as much as I can, but yea it's hard to get stuff without Amazon , electronic parts and other more specific stuff. Yea Amazon is evil, but just a symptom of a sick system. It's not hard to see why they are successful. I would use a similar system in a socialist society
I am all for ways to increase revenue for devs, I have donated. However ads are anti privacy by default. A way for people that don't want to donate but still want to support? How about a list of referral links people can use? Good middle ground.
