A protest vote in the democratic primary will not elect trump. Biden is still getting the nomination. This is a vote to show him that a large segment of his base does not like what he's doing.

And it's not just Palestine, though that is a HUGE part of it. He has not been a good president. He was the better choice in 2020, and he said he planned on being a 1 term president. He went back on that promise like he has on many others.

But having a Biden Trump rematch is absolutely ludicrous for this nation, and both parties need to get their heads out of their capitalistic owners assholes.

I do remember the democratic establishment hamstringing him at every opportunity in favor of Hilary, even though he had a wave of support the same way trump did.

Why is he wrong? He's not comparing the two to each other, he's staying that neither are good candidates, which is objectively true

Maybe instead of always forcing us to vote for the lesser of two evils, the democrats should take a second, listen to their base, and actually run someone competent.

Because right now, there is zero difference between how the republicans would handle this genocide and how the democrats are handling it. Both parties are in the pockets of oil companies and billionaires, and don't want a change to the status quo.

Yes voting democrat is marginally better, but it's not as vast a chasm as people like to make out. The system itself is broken - fucking around in the system isn't going to fix it. It needs to be smashed and then rebuilt back up

She's pretty consistently been against genocide in Palestine It's just that she doesn't get to decide when the rest of the establishment goes along with it

He's nowhere close to great. Hes run back much of his campaign promises and he's funding a genocide. The best thing he could do is say he's not running and throw his support behind someone actually progressive and actually not half senile

The issue is that for a lot of people it was the only affordable place, and now it's not.

I don't eat McDonald's or really any fast food. The last time I got fast food was a burger King after a 12 hour hike where I got a bit turned around in the woods and ended up getting out three hours after I planned and my regular go to on the way home was closed. The time before that was probably back when I was in college

But there are people who eat it almost every day. Not because they want to, but because it's the only thing they can afford to eat. That being taken away is shocking. Especially paying 18 dollars for a burger fries and drink? At McDonald's quality?
