Don't eat Thorium kids!

We need to store the waste for thousands of years. This is bad. We are able to recycle the waste for more power but we're not allowed to because it produces a tiny bit enriched uranium and that's not allowed by the pact the US and Russia made. But recycling waste is tech from the 70's and it can reduce the half life of 100.000 years to 100 years.

Thorium however, is a different story. It doesn't work with gamma radiation but with alpha radiation. Alpha radiation is the most dangerous form of radiation, but it doesn't go far and doesn't go through many things. You can contain it with a piece of paper. Gamma radiation is the least harmful form of radiation but the big issue is it goes really far and goes through almost anything.

So waste from a Thorium reactor is much less harmful, easy to contain, also has a very short half life (I don't know how long but it's really short, as in several years) so Thorium really is awesome. Thorium is also a waste product of many other mining operations so it's already a form of recycling. The downside of a Thorium reactor is that it's far more complex than the reactors we know so it's very hard and expensive to build, more than a regular reactor. So it will cost a lot, takes a long time, but it's an extremily safe and wise investment.

German and Dutch (my native language) are similar systems. Still weird imo, naming the numbers in the wrong sequence: 32 is "two and thirty" instead of "thirty two".

Check out the system of Denmark. French looks rather normal after seeing the Danish.

Well it depends. When it's a decent restaurant, some vegetarian and vegan options would be nice.

But the big issue is the terror vegans demanding on the spot a vegan option when going to a grill room or steak house. Like, wtf did you expect.

My take usually, as a vegan, is call the restaurant a few days in advance (if it is planned like a family dinner or work thing) and ask if they can make me something vegan. If not, no problem, I will deal with it. They are always happy to make me something and are happy with me asking in advance so the chef has time to prepare. But I won't even bother asking when it's a business completely based on meat. Like you said, don't ask for meat at a vegan venue. Goes both ways.

But when I go somewhere for dinner with friends who are vegan or have no issues with vegan food, we usually go to a vegan place or somewhere with a partial vegan menu.

But in the case of the original post, if you don't like coffee, just order something else in France. They don't mind if you order water or anything. Just don't order coffee and ruin it with milk, real or fake. A latte is just making fun of French culture. Or added water, 'Americano' is a term invented during the second world war to make fun of Americans who are too pussy to drink coffee like you should.

I think most people who bought a ticket are youtubers and other influences who don't want to miss train wreck 2.0. Netflix made a documentary about Fyre 1, you don't want to miss out on Fyre 2. But the people who did fall for this second scam (3rd or 4th if you count his other scams) deserve to fight to the death for a matras in a refugee tent encampment.

Yeah, no issue with counting to 10. The rest however... Im really bad in learning languages, I've had German and French in school for 13 years yet I can't speak either. I know English besides Dutch because of the internet and subtitles on TV. I wanted to learn languages like Norwegian, Latin and Russian but I gave up because I just don't remember words that well. Same with history, I remember stories but can't remember dates. I'm better at logic, like math and chemistry. But at least I know how to order up to 10 beers in multiple languages.

So one of the most lucrative businesses in the US, the incarceration system, is now getting fucked because people are sent to El Salvador. The entire corrupt justice and incarceration system which was created when slavery ended. This is going to enrage a lot of powerful people. A lot of US tax dollars are going to be spent to a foreign nation instead of domestic (corrupt) businesses. Is that diaper Donny's idea of America First? Due to the lack of workers thanks to ICE they want to flex child labor laws. US incarceration was built for cheap or free labor (slavery is still legal when incarcerated). And now they send all those slaves abroad.

I don't know about rodents, but I know seagulls explode. When fed bread drenched in coke, their stomach explodes. I had a colleague in the navy who thought this was funny. Why do you call it North Korea while in North Korea they call it the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the DPRK. The DPRK doesn't recognize itself as North Korea as they do not recognize the south and claim they should own all of Korea. Saying North Korea is a major offense which is punishable with something like 5 generations in concentration camps.

So I don't understand why you are trying to get attention acting like you're from the DPRK. Many have pointed out your grammer doesn't check out either, both Korean and English.

You say you are on the internet using TOR but there's no way of downloading TOR in North Korea. TOR connections are mostly blocked as well and every computer connected to the internet is closely monitored by the regime. Even if you would use TOR it wouldn't be safe.

So why risk your life and the lives of your family and 5 generations to come by answering some questions in the internet?
