The messaging is clearly Russian state controlled, this person is either being fed talking points or, more likely, is an idiot who has bought into the propaganda hook, line, and sinker. In any event, propaganda replies on widespread communication to the masses to influence with its falsehoods, and we should be combating that as an instance by isolating it as much as possible to keep it from spreading.

We should have stronger standards for federation that just not hosting child porn. Obviously that should be prevented from coming in, but we can do better than just keeping the bar that low.
