Yeah, pretty much. But of course, they deny culpability because "It's not like we pulled the trigger" or some other limp-wrist bullshit excuse.

If gun lobbyists hadn't pushed for a ban on the CDC studying gun violence under the pretense that the data would be construed as advocating for gun control, maybe some of those kids at Uvalde, or Sandy Hook, or any of the other hundreds if not thousands of school shootings over the last 20+ years might still be alive today.

First/Third person shooters and tabletop-esque games, keyboard and mouse. Pretty much everything else, gamepad.

I mean, it's bad, but it's not nearly the worst of the firearms industry's sins. Look up the Bushmaster 'Man Card' ads - Really outlines how the confluence of toxic masculinity and gun culture is a key factor in the prevalence of school shootings in the states.

Personally, I'd like a framework with a dGPU option. Nothing big like an RTX 4 series, but just something more than the onboard UHD 630.

Hey, what do you know, there's an option for a detachable graphics module, hell yeah.

There's a mall near where I live that's been almost abandoned for several years. It gets a very small trickle of customers but a lot of the shops, including two of the anchor stores, have been closed for over a decade. The food court has completely closed down, the only unit that gets regular traffic is the library. It feels very much like this every time I go.

Every trip makes me wish I had the leisure time and the country had the infrastructure such that I could avoid even more plane travel and take a train instead.

Shout it from the rooftops - I dread every time I get on a plane these days, it's the worst fucking experience all around. Every flight is completely full, every seat is too small, every passenger takes too damn long to shove their oversize carryon into not enough bin space, nothing is ever on time unless it's a connection I'm going to miss because the first leg is delayed, and inevitably I get seated behind a recliner, in front of a seat-kicker, in the proximity of a screaming baby or four, and/or between the two heaviest people on the plane. And that's saying nothing of getting to and through the damn airport itself, and you will inevitably have to go through at least three because none of the major airlines even know what a direct flight is, unless your direct flight is to one of the half-dozen major hubs like O'hare, Dallas or Atlanta, and they're all just godawful in their own way. And even if it were a moderately pleasant experience, it's still fucking awful for the environment. The best flight is still miles away from the average Amtrak trip I would take between Vancouver and Tacoma to visit family. The seats on the Empire Builder were comfortable and you could go to a sightseeing car above a little cafe, and you're never bumping elbows with the people sitting next to you no matter where you are. I miss the luxury of that comfortable, leisurely travel.

TBF the only class that gets more than one extra attack is the fighter.

That's true, but other martial classes either get or already have features that increase the base damage of their attacks somehow, usually by or around 11th level, in order to roughly keep damage parity (granted, it's a stretch in actual play, but it's possible to see the workings - Barbarian has rage damage/reckless attack/brutal critical, monk has martial arts/fob/damage die increase to d8, Rogue has sneak attack, ranger has Favored Foe, paladin has smites, etc.)

The problem is, extra attack does not stack with itself, so a 5/5 martial has at least one dead level if both classes get it. That's not true of a 5/5 in two full spellcaster classes (excluding pact magic,) who in addition to getting higher circle spell slots from both classes, have access to 3rd level spells from each of those classes.

It bothers me a little because this was solved in 3.0 with BAB - you added the maximum bonus from each class, and you would get a number of attacks according to the multiples of 5.

Fucking me over here thinking this is the setup for a joke.

What about a PB/Crispy mix?

The canary is a skeleton at this point, and several of the miners have screamed themselves hoarse about how fucking dead the canary is, and there's so much toxic gas in the air that you can see little green skulls and crossbones floating around in it, although that might just be a hallucination from how much gas we've all sucked down.

We died a while ago, we just don't know it yet.
