  • It's a consumer co-op (barely) not an worker co-op.

  • Medicare for All is broadly popular. We're just stuck with a two-party system that has been captured by corporate interests. We can't vote third party until we get proportional representation like SPAV.

  • Coulda said nothing.

  • Mad he had to actually do his fucking job for once.

  • You do not want to have a gun that you're not comfortable with. Having to deal with a high stress situation and then trying to use a gun when you don't have brain-dead levels of familiarity with it is asking the trouble. Luckily it's fairly cheap to build most of the muscle-memory with dry-fire and handling drills. But if you plan on using it for home defense or personal protection, you need to be prepared so that your mind can focus on other things during your troubles.

  • It gets the people going.

  • Local and grid level storage can and should be included, but base-level nuclear is also good.

  • Clearly you weren't paying attention in English.

  • Obviously if he did say no, they wouldn't make him eat it. But the thing is, he's not gonna say no, because of the implication.

  • I'm literally taking hydroxychloroqine right now. There's no difficulty in accessing it. Not unless you consider needing a prescription difficult.

  • Chemo only applies if it's doped with a radionuclide, otherwise it's just regular poison.

  • Yes, the anti-trust lawsuit should culminate in one part of a tech giant being sold to another tech giant.

  • Lol, pretty much every elections gets audited. It's just not interesting because it's routine and the results rarely change.

  • Logically, yes. But humans aren't purely logical. They're gonna have sex without access to birth control, even if they don't want a kid. Not all of them, but a lot of them. So why not just let them have both control?

  • Literally the only use I've found for it that's better than any other alternative is describing a thing to it that you can't remember the name of. It's usually right, and when it's wrong you were probably never gonna find the thing on your own anyway.

But I don't go to it first, only when I can't figure out how to find the name any other way.

  • I wasn't thinking about conversations, only picking a standard. A mL is a mL no matter where you are in the word.

  • OP is probably from Western Europe, where a kitchen scale is common. Ain't nobody in the US got a fancy kitchen scale.

The solution to their problem is use mL for volume.

  • I didn't know that! From the other comment, sounds like it's basically fixed.

  • Nice, good to hear.

  • Does it still have that weird problem where you're not allowed to modify surfaces because of the way you created them? Last time I tried using it, I couldn't create a mirror copy of a shape and then edit the mirror. I could only edit the source, which then applied the changes to all the parts.
