That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about those other streaming sites. The only thing I found difficult to find on those sites is the Spanish dub of Sailor Moon, but I did find it after some searching. You can find virtually anything there.

Notable exceptions include sale prices by Target and Circle K/Holiday, which typically do require you to buy the posted quantity to get the deal

There are ads that portray people in humiliating situations, like not being able to afford their groceries while holding up the line at the checkout, so they download an app that gives them "free cash." This is portrayed as a perfectly normal, reasonable thing to do in this situation.

If that's the case, then it sounds like capitalism is pretty shit at fostering mutual aid, and we should probably dispense with it

True, but even then I rarely feel compelled to retain a local copy. I can stream anything for free, and the quality is fine.

I get the attraction of using torrents and watching everything on demand in perfect cinematic quality, but it's not really a priority for me, excepting a small select handful of movies and shows.

Physical media is great, but my life is already filled with clutter, so only my very favorites are on the shelf.

I got IP banned on reddit for reporting a transphobic comment with an implied death threat. IP banned. The reason given was "abusing the report button," and they wouldn't accept my appeal.

I don't feel like I'm walking on eggshells here like I did on reddit.
