So phones are illegal but not this? What in the actual fuck is going on right now. We are being forced so many damn ads it's nearly impossible to get away from them. Now I need to worry about someone trying to hit skip instead of focusing on driving. As a motorcyclist I'm now even more terrified. Half the drivers now already don't look up from their phones....
Shadows is them getting desperate. That game had been requested and expected since the ezio storyline when they came for him. Instead they released a side scroller and didn't think twice about it. Now they're struggling immensely and are trying to recover. I really want it to flop to hopefully drive a nail in the coffin.
My favorite thing about that is when you fill in the required info and need an email but because you gotta enter it each time using a temporary email doesn't work. Then you get spammed to death by them....
Fell into traffic as a kid and got hit by a car mirror on the back of my head. Split my noggin wide open. Showers were the most painful part. My parents would put a chair in the shower for me to sit in while one of them held me up because the pain was so bad I'd pass out. The shampoo was prescribed to me and it was like lava on my head.
If you can't scan your groceries at self check out under 3 minutes go to a register when it's busy. You're people are holding the rest of us up. I can scan a full cart faster than some can scan their 10 items.
I get this all the time. Have your foot angle up towards your head. It'll stop the cramps from happening. Picture standing up and trying to balance on your heels you want that kind of bend at the foot/ankle.
The newer spider man games. I think it has a reasonable amount of collectibles and is fun to collect. The secret photo ops were tricky but not impossible if you've ever seen any of the movies. I've 100% every one including all trophies and new game+.
World politics isn't really well understood by most people, me included. Outside of who the US is bombing lots of people genuinely don't know what's going on with the world. We know NK is bad and restrictive but it's hard to comprehend as it's not something we've experienced
I'm curious what this means. Personally I don't give a damn who uses what do what's good for you, but android is heavily customizable with different operating systems and apps for more minor tweaks. On top of all that switching from android to iPhone is IMMENSELY easier than iPhone to android.
If you're referencing the Google apps that people get to involved with there's many options to get away from them nowadays. There's whole communities here on lemmy assisting with that for those in to deep or even those just joining the android community so they don't get pulled in.

The movie feels like it was made after they picked the cast then curated it to the actors instead of the source material. I know everyone seems to like the cast choices but I genuinely think it's the worst line up they could have done. The closet to acceptable would be jack black. I honestly don't get why they wouldn't just do the voice actor for him or find someone who is close to a perfect match.
I've got a home copy to watch tonight for free and I only have that because a friend sent it to me. I don't even wanna pay the electricity to watch it.
This is of course only my opinion but I want it much bigger but maybe not the size of reddit. I like being able to have a problem and going into the specialized community to ask the pros. Online searching is currently slowing down results. AI searches will tell someone to use an outlet to fix a pipe and if someone searching for something they don't know may try figuring out why their pipe doesn't even have a plug. I also like to research into things HEAVILY and having a community where I can sift through thousands of posts to form an idea of what I'm looking to learn is nice.
With that said I can't knock lemmy any because the community that has 150 people will have 125 of them respond to anything you post.
Did you read the entire post? They clearly state multiple times that re-releasing would be fine too. They're saying if the companies aren't planning to do anything why not just set stuff to free there's no harm on the older consoles for doing so. If they release them on say the switch or Xbox we can atleast purchase them to have fun. Look at pokemon the entire community wants to play the old games but aren't able to unless they buy from a private seller.
It sucks but I like this over what target and walmart do. If you wanna use their wifi now you MUST create an account on their website and use that to login to their wifi.
I don't watch either but those people could have just said no or sold it without having to register it and pay the taxes at that time. It be their own fault for financially ruining themselves.
Going out in public. When you're young you really don't notice just how fucking stupid people are. It gets to the point you actively avoid being in groups of people due to the overwhelming amount of stupid. Shopping trips go from whenever you want to aiming for when the store opens or just before close so the hoards of fools are less likely to be around.
I'd much rather people focus on the road when they're behind the wheel, thanks.
