I totally feel you! I did 12h shifts 4 days a week the absolute difference with 5x8 in crazy! I've never been so tired and that's including my night time stint doing that as well!
I'm currently selling my house because I can't afford it anymore. When I bought the house I made sure it was 20% below my income. Mortgage went up $600 this year along with everything else I got robbed of home ownership. I worked tirelessly to buy the house and now being forced to sell I feel absolutely defeated....
I know where you heads at friend. I feel the exact same way. Just try to focus on the things impacting your day to day and work through those for the little victories. Things will get better.
Would be more bearable at the bottom the issue of how bright it is would still play a factor. I've been with you since day 1 of sync for reddit so I won't be scared off I know you can only do so much. The price for premium is a touch more than I can pull together but maybe one day as I would love to support the development of the app!
Because it's from a dev I support because I like the app. I dont mind ads I'm just saying this specfic type of ad is very intrusive which LJ typically takes into consideration when implementing them.
I plan to buy it just don't have the money and I don't like any of the other apps. I'm not gonna breath down the neck of the one guy working on this in his free time. He does a lot of work in the background and I'm actually fine dealing with the ads this specfic set of ads just makes using the app very uncomfortable to look at.
A lot of people act entitled to others free time and having on demand responses it's exhausting for anyone trying to do anything when people slam on them for not relaying messages of every little thing they're doing.
I have some rare coin collection that I inherited. When my great uncle passed away he just asked everyone to be fair when they go through his stuff. I told everyone they could go ahead I wasn't too worried about getting anything of his as he didn't really keep much sentimental stuff. My mom put a few things aside in a box that she thought I'd like. When I finally had time to go through everything I noticed a binder that looked rough and weighted a ton. Sifting through it I didn't see much reason to keep it but to be safe I decided I'd go talk with my neighbor who owns a pawn shop and knows more about coins than I do. Come to find out I have 2 VERY limited coins that were nearly perfect for their time. Something about them predating US currency. Total value of all the coins is anywhere between $50k-100k. Selling them takes a life time though.
Then pay for it. This is one guy soloing an app in his free time. If you want more features it requires more of his time to work on them and time spent developing this app is time not working his full time job making steady income. We have no right to ask for more of his time for free.
I like it. Keep in mind a great personality like yours is WAY more noticeable. What's your stream info? I'd like to watch
