  • Yeah, I was hoping to finance a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with 70k miles on it. Out the door was ~18. They shot that down pretty quick. I'll figure out something, didn't see any decent shape Toyotas around, small town

  • Not sure man, my vehicle threw a rod and I am struggling to find financing to get a used vehicle until I make the money to figure out a long term solution. Partner checked FB marketplace because I don't have an account, I checked Craigslist, and the dealers near me can't seem to make a loan work with $1000 down on vehicles listed at $15k. Found one car selling for under 10k, but it has 95k miles and everything online seems to say it has a 135k mile average lifespan. So when you don't know how the people before you drove it, and it's got a 3rd party exhaust on it, I have to assume my extremely (55-60 mile) drive to work will leave me stranded on the side of the road by the end of the year still owing money on it unless I scrape the barrel everywhere in my budget and somehow sell it for nickles in 6 months trying to trade it in for something half way better. Maybe I can get arrested when I become homeless and die in jail instead of on the street.

  • Last I knew only 2 U.S. zoos had Giant Pandas, maybe 3. San Diego had a live panda cam Accessible online, and Atlanta had them as well, and red pandas (not closely related to a panda outside the name but fucking cute).

So I assume you can likely swap in Brown and Black bears to hit your joke.

  • I didn't realize till now I must say 4 incorrectly. My cheeks come in, lips extend outward and mostly touch except a small hole in front of my front teeth, where my top teeth rest on top of my bottom lip. Almost like a lite whistle motion void the teeth touching my lip.

  • AND the land cannot be protected by any other means or is considered a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to the person shooting them.

Firmly believe every judge would rule an 11 year old with eggs does not fulfill those requirements and therefore would likely be charged with manslaughter of some sort.

Now... If they set foot inside their house, that might be a different story. Eggs I don't think would be considered breaking into a house/vehicle/property

  • Sounds like a courthouse that is absolutely corrupt of the constitution and should be all held to treason. The U.S. brought back the firing squad, and the president preaches for no trials. If anyone knows me I love this country. That said, I'm fairly sure this country says we are required to shoot the judge by firing squad without a trial? Or maybe they havent been clear. Is it just racism based slaughter, or slaughter all around they support?

  • What are you in to? Communities are small here but growing

If your into cute things, search for Otters the .world community is good. If your into Star Trek or Linux your options are vast. Lots of politics unfortunately do to the U.S. moves, but also there are great communities everywhere. I'll follow up if you have any hints. Dullmensclub may be nice?

That said you can create filters to weed out things that make you depressed like Terms involving Musk or such.

  • Yeah the UEFI requirement is likely specifically required for secureboot/TPM as well. TPM 2.0 didnt work well with legacy boot options. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Microsoft wouldn't force those things as requirements if they didn't think they were going to be held liable in court to provide security for their users. Sure it sucks to have it "forced" but there are worse things to complain about. Like the Microsoft account requirement. Yet once again I'm sure that's because if you encrypt a drive and forget your password, being able to prove your identity and reset the password is preferred to them than saying the data is gone. Only so many "my wedding photos" and such are unrecoverable you want to deal with. Having a solution for a forgotten password is better than not. And not encrypting the drives isn't a better answer, as once again, your back to being sued. The advertisements and bloatware are what bother me much more.

  • So what's the angle here? Are we supposed to be mad at the LAPD for requesting footage from the surrounding area of a guy getting run down by a car? It seems like an extremely warranted reason to gather the footage. If people are worried about privacy then they need to fight for laws pertaining to backdoors and strict guidelines on when/why cameras can be supenoed. I believe it is highly likely a large majority would have voted for this to be a situation where it was turned over legally.

"If a person is being charged with a felony for hurting another person and a judge grants it then it should be allowed. If the charges don't lead to a conviction then it should be reviewed by a 3rd party organization of whether it should have been warranted originally. Infractions result in penalties/ dismissals of requesting parties"

Something like that much more flushed out would be reasonable.

  • I get mad at myself if I don't turn it on early enough. As I. If I go to change lanes and it only flashes once it really isn't enough notice for other drivers so I usually bitch at myself.

I may be the only person you meet who road rages against himself.
