planks, pushups, pullups, abdominal & core exercises all day every day

It took me 5 months of multiple attempts trying to get into Lemmy.

I tried so many different instances.

.world was the only instance that would let me in.

can someone please explain to me why it's so difficult to get into some instances?

that middle photo up there is a model of lordosis.

It's a spinal pelvic muscular misalignment issue. Surely there are also heterosexual masculine men with lordosis.

As a side note, I'm a woman with lordosis and, with advanced age, it becomes increasingly painful & difficult to correct.

The first guy should try to get a refund, for funsies.

The second guy should make it more clear that he & the first guy are both just joking around, because people here may or may not be understanding that.
